I am not here to intimidate or push you in ways that are not healthy for your mind or body. With me you will learn more about YOU and what your body truly needs.


Your 1:1 programming (virtual or in person) will be built around your goals while aiding any struggles you may have with movement due to previous injury or lack of instruction.


I meet you where you are at, and we work together to get you where you want to be.


If you are looking more for simple programming that just tells you what to do and when to do it, I can help with that as well!


My DF FIT Tribe gives you progressive strength training to help you build strength and mobility which can increase bone health, better cardiovascular health, controlled body fat, and so much more.

With my services you will learn how to embrace YOU while gaining mental clarity, strength, and a healthier life style that will leave you feeling accomplished and transformed.

What I Do

I provide professional fitness services tailored to you or in a virtual group setting to help you reach and maintain your health and fitness goals. I take a unique approach in what I do so that we remain on the same page and your needs are heard loud and clear. I cannot wait to connect!

1:1 Virtual Personal Training

Sometimes you just need that 1 on 1 support and I am here for it! Whatever your goals are we can work together to create a plan that is realistic for you, your goals and help you to remain consistent.
